Refund policy
While we do not offer a return policy, we stand by the quality of our products. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns.
We do not process returns for customers who have simply changed their mind after receiving an item.
Exeptionals:
If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival, we will gladly replace it without charging you. Please make sure to get in touch with us within 24 hours after receiving the item, include a photo of the damage to support@nathaliecavini.com
Customers must always cover the shipping expenses for returning when an item is damaged during return shipping.
